Step 1: Prepare innovaphone SIP subscribers in the PBX
In innovaphone myApps, navigate to the Admin UI of the PBX and open the object representing the SIP subscriber.
In our example, the subscriber is named “13”.
You can freely choose the Hardware ID, but it must start with “Teams_”. In our example, we chose “Teams_13”. Ensure the checkboxes “PBX Pwd”, “Reverse Proxy”, and “Media relay” are activated and confirm with OK.
Repeat these steps until every SIP subscriber you want to configure for Teams telephony has a Hardware ID in the format “Teams_xxxxx”.
