Step 1: Install Connector App in AP Manager
You can download the Microsoft Teams Connector App from the innovaphone myApps App Store. To do this, open the AP Manager App and click on App Store at the top right.

Use the search box to look for “Teams”.

Select the latest version and click Install.

Leave the App Store and go back to the AP Manager.

Select the newly installed app Connector for Microsoft Teams Phone.

Click on Add. This creates a new instance of this app. It is this instance that will be shown on your innovaphone myApps homescreen.

Choose a Name without spaces. We recommend “Teams-Connector”. Fill in your domain (Where can I find my domain?).
Choose a Password and a Database password. These two passwords are not required for our connector and you do not need to remember them. However, since these fields are mandatory, they cannot be left empty. Then click Save.

Select the newly created instance.

Click Start.

Step 2: Add the Connector App to your innovaphone myApps Homescreen
Open the Settings app in innovaphone myApps.

After you have completed Step 1, the new instance will be showon here. In our example it is called AP Teams-Connector.
If the instance is not listed, check the configuration in the AP Manager (Step 1). Make sure that the domain is correct and that the name does not contain any spaces or special characters.

Select Add App.


Chooses a Name (e.g. “CloudSBC”) and SIP (e.g. “cloudsbc”). Do not include spaces or special characters in your SIP.
Check only the box Config Admin.

A green check mark confirms that the app has been successfully added to the PBX.

You can now leave the Settings app. Click All apps at the bottom right.

Click the Home icon next to the new CloudSBC app to add it to your homescreen.
