Solution 1: Check autodiscovery
CloudSBC checks in your innovaphone PBX whether there are subscribers for which a Hardware ID in the format Teams_xxxxxx has been saved. If you did not enter this Hardware ID beforehand, no SIP subscribers will be displayed in the CloudSBC portal. Check the article Prepare innovaphone SIP subscribers in the PBX.
If you created the Hardware IDs after you set up the voice gateway between CloudSBC and your innovaphone PBX, you can trigger synchronization manually via the Connector App for Microsoft Teams Phone. Open the app on the innovaphone myApps platform:
Open the settings in the hamburger menu at the top right.
With the Benutzer aktualisieren button you can start synchronization manually.
When you reload the page in the CloudSBC portal, the SIP subscribers should now be listed.
Solution 2: Enter Hardware IDs manually in the CloudSBC portal
