In this article, we show you how to establish the connection between CloudSBC and your innovaphone phone system using the Connector App.(Where do I get the Connector App?)
On the innovaphone myApps platform, open the Microsoft Teams Connector App and click kostenlos Testen.
Sign in to Microsoft 365. The Microsoft account is used exclusively for the setup and does not require a Microsoft license. You can either use an existing administrator account or create a new one that you use for CloudSBC (e.g. “cloudsbc@mycompany.com”). Make sure that the administrator account is a Global Administrator.
After successfully signing in to Microsoft, your CloudSBC account is created. When you click Weiter, an email is sent to the specified email address to configure your password.
You can now sign in at the CloudSBC Portal to complete the final steps of the configuration.
